Well, priced and well, appointed hotel in a safe area. Really close to the city center, one, way road system called the loop. Nice restaurant with friendly and helpful staff.

The room with good channels on the telly. The breakfast offered was enjoyable and adequate with a good waffle machine. The hotel was in a central setting next to tram stop...

There was breakfast missing, I was a little disappointed.

Very welcoming and welcoming staff, they know their business. The room is big size with a big bed and pillows.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, the Ghent city center via tram, and local attractions. Long John Silver's was just a short walk away from the venue, making it easy to explore the area.

hotel is next to the highway, allows you to move to different cities. staff is friendly and some of them speak Spanish. It is next to the Ikea, where you can park your car for free, just pass some hedges and enter the hotel car park from where you can access the reception. If you arrive at night and Ikea is closed, you can enter by hand through one of the car park exits, where there is no barrier and little danger of a car leaving. Breakfast is correct for the price we pay, although a little short for a 4 star hotel: coffee, juice, chocolate shake, some pastries, bread, some cold cuts and some fruit. There's coffee to go. In the room there is a kettle and a refrigerator that cools down a lot.

bathroom is in need of renovation and water in the shower is changing temperature at will. towels are small, fine and old. hairdryer is tiny and heats up after 2 seconds, it is worse than usual in hotels.

the srestaurant staff was very unfriendly, slow and unrespectfull.

The family room is air-conditioned and has central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The location is unbeatable and exceptionally nice, with a tram station next to the venue. Staff is very amiable, and you can park your car on site.

A: The second time that I had to correct for the right room rate at checkout time - they do not apply the www.Booked.net rate at the time of payment B: Worst cold buffet that I have ever tasted in over 30 years of international travelling - though it was fresh, it was absolutely bland and tasteless and seriously overpriced. C: Hot breakfast bar is not heated, so the hot buffet is actually cold - this was observed on 3 separate occasions - I did approach the hotel management about these issues, but am not confident that my comments will be acted upon

The family room was air-conditioned with a special card which must be asked for at frontdesk, a fridge, TV. Loved the location in walking distance of the expo. Also, A Superb 1903 Fine-Art Gallery was 4 km away.

Impeccably clean hotel with a nice design and pleasant views. Magnificent location a short walk to tram system and the center of Gent. the food was outstanding. the staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Lots of food at the very very good and adequate breakfast.

The hotel is well placed for the centre by tram - cheap and easy. The car parking is a bit expensive. The staff friendly and efficient, the breakfast excellent, (normally very expensive but they offered us half price). It is quiet and well designed, but a bit worse for wear.

We enjoyed our stay as it is so close to the exhibition.

Spacious rooms with a good layout, equipped with a high-definition TV 📺. Our stay here was pleasant and hassle-free.

Firstly it was a nightmare to find, the hotel looks old and needs refurbishment, the room service staff were rude and the food was ludicrously overpriced - steak for the same price as a Michelin starred main course - please!! I regularly stay at Holiday Inns and this one was by far the most over priced and unwelcoming

The staff here was very attentive and polite, taking care of every need we had.
